Refund policy

You have 14 days from the day on which you receive the items to notify Gullane Bay Soap Co if you aren’t happy with your order.

You must notify us by email at hello@gullanebaysoap.com  if you would like to return an item.

We recommend you use a signed-for delivery service with proof of postage for returns.

Please note that you will have to bear the direct cost of returning any items.

Any returns must be unused and in the original unopened packaging.
